Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and the completed returns form.

• 3.
  Label & Send

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
